We’re raffling off a 1-hour recovery session that can include soft tissue work, cupping, dry needling, and more — customized to what your body needs most.
All proceeds go directly to Green Mountain Adaptive Sports. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for people living with a disability residing in or visiting Vermont through access to sports and recreational activities.
How It Works
Raffle Tickets are $10 per entry (buy as many as you’d like!)
Summit PT will match all donations up to $500
Winner will be drawn on December 3rd, 2025
You do NOT need to be a current patient of Summit PT to win
100% of raffle proceeds will go directly to GMAS
