Full Time Clinic Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Clinic Coordinator to join our growing physical therapy and performance team in Stowe.

This role combines administrative support, scheduling, and client communication with light sales and marketing assistance. You’ll be the go-to person who helps keep the clinic running smoothly (managing calls, scheduling, payments, and daily tasks) while ensuring patients have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

    • Customer Service: Working with a fun, active population and providing excellent face to face interactions

    • Experience in Customer service

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

    • Valid drivers license

    • Participation in outdoor sports/recreation preferred but not required

    • Willingness to relocate to or commute to Stowe, VT

    • Have strong organizational and communication skills

    • Are comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Gmail, and HubSpot (training provided)

    • Have experience in admin, healthcare, or service-based roles (bonus if you’ve done sales or marketing support)

    • Salary: based on experience and schedule
