Posture for Swimmers PT Workshop

  • The Swimming Hole 75 Weeks Hill Road Stowe, VT, 05672 United States (map)

Just like on land, good posture is vital in the water. Good posture allows a swimmer to hold a great aquatic line while swimming, reducing resistance, and allowing them to be more fish like, and slip through the water with more ease. Join Summit PT and The Swimming Hole to learn better swimming techniques. Free to the community, pre-registration required, limited to 12 spots.

Ways to register:

Call The Swimming Hole, 802-253-9229

Sign up in person at the front desk.

Register online at The Swimming Hole’s online store.
