Not all running coaches are created equal. Michele is a certified running coach through the Road Runners Club of America as well as a doctor of physical therapy. She specializes in the prevention and treatment of running related injuries. This combined knowledge gives her a unique understanding of the physical demands of running as well as training demands. The best part? You don’t have to live in Vermont to work with her. Sessions can be conducted via zoom and over the phone, creating the same great results. Michele works with runners of all abilities, from beginners to experts, helping them achieve their goals.

  • Running Gait Analysis

    Whether you’re new to running, or a seasoned racer, don’t wait until you have pain to do something about it. Having a running gait analysis will help make sure your running mechanics are dialed in to prevent pain and help you reach your running goals.

    If you are experiencing pain with running, let’s figure out why! Most running injuries can be eliminated by small alterations to your gait, strength/flexibility improvements, or changes to your running program.

    What’s Included?

    • Movement screen - You will be taken through a series of strength, flexibility and dynamic testing to assess movement patterns that will help guide your home program.

    • Treadmill running analysis - Using specialized software, your running mechanics will be broken down through all phases of gait. Based on the information, your therapist will recommend and practice forms of gait retraining to improve your mechanics. You will receive immediate feedback, as well as a written analysis shortly after your visit.

    • Exercise program - Your therapist will provide you with a strength and flexibility program that will help you reach your goals.
