There are many reasons why someone would benefit from a bike fit. A proper fitting bike can help prevent injury, decrease pain and improve performance on your ride.

While a bike fit may not be able to help with the fractured collar bone from doing an endo (See you for PT), we can help with the following overuse injuries-

  • Low back pain

  • Knee pain

  • Saddle soreness/numbness

  • Upper back/neck pain

  • Wrist/hand numbness and tingling

What’s Included?

  • Comprehensive flexibility and movement assessment

    • Tight hamstrings? Poor ankle mobility? Information from this assessment will help Michele make the adjustments you need to be comfortable on your bike

  • Personalized exercise program for injury prevention

    • Let’s face it, you’re probably going to get SOME homework; we can’t help it.

  • Adjustments for correct positioning of saddle, pedals/cleats and handlebars

    • The good stuff! Please bring your bike shoes and bike shorts so we can get the most accurate position possible.

Pricing

$275 for a 90 minute initial visit and also includes a 30 minute follow up. This will be done 1-2 weeks after the first visit to allow time for you to get out on your bike and see how it feels.
