Relieve. Refine. Reach your peak.

With our 3-step process, you will not only get out of pain, but prevent it from coming back by fixing the underlying cause.

  • This is where we get you out of pain. Using modalities such as dry needling, joint mobilizations, graston technique, and more, we can speed up the process and repair the injured tissue(s).

  • Injuries often occur due to underlying muscle imbalances or poor movement technique. Let’s get to the root of the problem.

  • You will learn what you can do long term to keep your injury away for good and be at your peak performance doing the activities you love.

Treatments

Below are a few of the treatments offered. You and your therapist will discuss what is right for you!

Exercise Program

After a thorough evaluation, you will be given an individualized plan of care which may consist of exercises for strengthening, mobility, stabilizing, and more. We will give you the tools to get better, but it will be up to you to put in the work at home!

Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a highly effective treatment used by physical therapists. A thin filament needle is inserted into the soft tissue causing a micro-lesion. This activates your body’s own response to healing by increasing blood flow, relieving soft tissue tension, and alleviating pain. If appropriate, electrical stimulation may be applied. It’s not uncommon to feel instant results!

Manual Therapy

We use a variety of manual techniques including Graston, which is a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that uses metal instruments to detect and treat fascial restrictions, as well as muscle and tendon dysfunction. Treatment may also include cupping, joint mobilizations or other hands-on techniques depending on the desired outcome.
