Performance Training

Train with purpose. Perform with confidence.

Whether you’re running, biking, skiing, or just trying to level up your fitness, our Performance Training program is built to help you move better, get stronger, and perform at your peak—without burning out or breaking down.

This isn’t just a workout plan. It’s a personalized training approach that starts with a 1-on-1 Performance Test, giving us real data to guide your progress and reduce your risk of injury.

Who It’s For

  • Runners and trail racers chasing performance without overuse injuries

  • Bikers, skiers and other outdoor athletes looking to build sport-specific strength and endurance

  • Active adults who want to move well, stay fit, and age strong

  • Anyone returning to sport after time off and wanting to do it right

No injury needed. Just a desire to train with intention.

Start With a Baseline: The Summit Performance Test

Your first session includes a 60-minute full-body Performance Test that measures:

  • Aerobic capacity (your ability to sustain effort)

  • Anaerobic power (your high-intensity burst potential)

  • Speed and agility

  • Lower body strength (single and double leg testing)

  • Upper body strength

  • Muscular endurance

  • Core strength and stability

We use advanced tools like VALD force plates and Dynamo strength testing when appropriate, alongside functional movement screens to paint a complete picture of where you are now—and what it’ll take to get you to the next level. At the end, you’ll walk away with:

  • A clear breakdown of your strengths and weaknesses

  • Target areas to work on to reduce injury risk and improve performance

  • Recommendations for your next steps based on your sport and goals

Want to keep training with us? We’ve got options.

Continued Performance Training

If you're ready to dive deeper after testing, you can work 1-on-1 with our team of performance-minded physical therapists and strength coaches who understand both the science and the sport. We’ll use your test results to build a customized training plan focused on:

  • Power, strength, or endurance development

  • Mobility, recovery, and movement quality

  • Sport-specific performance for running, biking, skiing, and more

This next step is completely optional—but available if you want coaching, accountability, and expert eyes on your progress.
